- Deliver the curriculum in a fun and engaging way and be able to adapt curriculum to support any demand in the classes. Be proactive in providing feedback for improvement.
- Send prompt personalized feedback and awards celebrating educational milestones with parents via email and online platforms.
- Promptly update students’ progress and assessments (official feedback after 12 lessons).
- Collaborate with the Academy team and CS team (other teachers, teachers’ assistants, and Customer Support team) to identify pain points and coordinate class scheduling through emails or a communication platform such as Whatsapp/ Zalo.
- Be able to use the online platform provided by the company to run the class.
- Report to the Teacher Lead.
- Positively advocate for the program and the company.
Experiences & Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching kids and/or prior teaching experience with game-based learning tools, coding tools. Provide necessary documentation for personal and experience for verification.
- Effective class management skills to deliver curriculum in an interactive way.
- Good facilities for online teaching including good computers, microphone headsets, high-speed internet access, and a quiet workspace free of distractions.
- Bachelor degree or enrolled in an accredited education program in Computer Science or related areas.
- Flexible availability.
- Be native or fluent in English, knowledgeable of coding programs such as Python, Javascript, HTML/CSS is a plus.
Salaries:
- Salary is negotiable based.
- Payment is made monthly on the 8-10th of every month to the appropriate channel.
- Every month, recruiter will keep 5% of the Total Salary to deposit for the commitment. If nothing unforeseen occurs, the deposit will be returned when the contract is liquidated.
